Access a shared mailbox

When an administrator grants you the access to a shared mailbox(delegates), it automatically appears in your accounts list like in the figure below.

After the delegation you will receive an email invitation to join a shared mailbox which must be accepted within 2 days after receiving. The shared mailbox will appear right after you accept the invitation. Generally, delegation requests are admitted from departments heads only.
