How to delegate a mailbox (shared mailboxes)

If you want to give a user access to your mailbox follow the instructions.

Shared mailboxes work using this principle. If you want the administrator to manage a shared mailbox, create a support ticket.

Procedure:

1-2. Go to settings in your mailbox

3. Go to Accounts

4. Scroll to Grant access to your account

5. Enter a Polispace email you want to delegate access to

6. Follow next steps
